THIS IS A ONE TIME JOB
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair faulty light ballasts in commercial and industrial settings
- Replace fluorescent, LED, and HID ballasts as needed to restore proper lighting function
- Inspect lighting systems for wear, damage, or code compliance issues
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams and electrical schematics
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on lighting fixtures and ballast components
- Coordinate with project supervisors and clients to complete work on schedule
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on all job sites
Requirements:
- Prior experience with ballast replacement, lighting repair, or general electrical work
- Familiarity with fluorescent, LED, and HID lighting systems
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and follow electrical safety protocols
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites in and around Mt. Pleasant, MI
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Electrical license or certification is a plus but not required
