About the Role:
K. Payne Contracting, LLC is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Commercial Cleaner to join our team in Columbia, TN. Responsibilities:
- Perform routine commercial cleaning of offices, restrooms, common areas, and other facilities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors and surfaces to maintain cleanliness standards
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and fixtures
- Dust and wipe down furniture, equipment, and high-touch surfaces
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
Requirements:
- Prior commercial or janitorial cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods
- Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends as needed
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
