About the Role:
K. Payne Contracting, LLC is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Commercial Cleaner to join our team in Cookeville, TN. Responsibilities:
- Perform routine commercial cleaning of offices, restrooms, common areas, and other facilities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors across various commercial spaces
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and high-touch surfaces
- Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Restock cleaning supplies and report any inventory needs to supervisors
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Requirements:
- Prior commercial or janitorial cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods
- Trustworthy and professional demeanor when working in client spaces
- Flexible availability including evenings or weekends as needed
